If you didn’t already know, mentors are a tremendous asset when it comes to improving… well pretty much everything!
Mentors provide guidance and support where you otherwise wouldn’t have it. Consider some scenarios where you might use a mentor:
- To lose weight
- To gain weight
- To perform better at work
- To perform better at home
- To get better at a particular sport
- To get better at any particular skill
- Wellness and spiritual guidance
The list goes on and on.
Mentors are especially important in the beginning phases of starting out toward reaching for a goal. They could save you countless hours, days, months, even years by helping you learn through their mistakes and experiences.
You can also find mentors anywhere!
They don’t have to be famous or wealthy. (Although if they just happen to be, that’s great too!)
Mentors could come in the form of a trusted friend, co-worker, family member, or even someone you have never met.
Ideally, your mentor has achieved far beyond what you’re looking to achieve.
You can even have several mentors for different goals or areas of your life.
Practically is key, so make sure you know what you’re looking for and applying what you learn and believe to be most helpful for your life.
